We love Madras! Our special blend of traditional spices brings the warmth and flavour of Southern India to your kitchen.  Prepared using Kashmiri and Birdseye Chilli for a real kick of heat, our Madras Masala is created from a blend of 14 hand-selected and hand-ground spices:

Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Indian Bay Leaf, Fennel Seeds, Green Cardamom, Black Cardamom, Cloves, Turmeric, Peppercorns, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Mace, Birdseye Chilli

Free From Artificial Colours and Preservatives.  No Added Salt or Sugar
